This is a rental of virtual private branch telephone exchange via the internet. The system was designed to replace the PABX while customers need not to invest their local PBX system. This help the business reduce the procurement and maintenance cost. The service provides the comparable features, that is, the capable of extension numbers, making calls to other destinations, transferring a call, call pick-up, call hold, and the interactive voice response (IVR) or Auto-Attendant. Customer requires only VoIP terminal equipment, for example, IP phone or internet phone adapter that logically connected to CAT cloud PBX system via an IP network or the internet of any internet providers.

Model 1 : Call in with a DID number

Incoming call from any phone network is simply directed to the office extension through neither an Operator nor automatic voice response, for example, dial 021044764.

Model 2 : Call in via Auto Attendant or IVR

Every incoming call must go through the interactive voice response, then, press the digits of the decided extension number.

Model 3 : Call in via Operator (Operator personnel)

Every incoming call is first directed to an Operator, then the Operator will transfer the call to the requested extension number.

Model 4 : Call in via both Auto Attendant and Operator

Every incoming call will go through the interactive voice response and then will proceed with selecting either the extension number or ‘0’ to contact the Operator

• Call to other extension numbers: simply dial the extension number directly
• Call to other domestic numbers: dial the domestic numbers including domestic fixed-line phone numbers and domestic mobile phone numbers, for example, 02, 038, 08
• Call to other foreign countries: dial digits 009 followed by a country code and the subscriber number.
